Orders can be collected at a hotel during your stay in Japan. If collection or receipt at a Japan-based hotel is required, please ensure the order is placed at least five days prior to the desired delivery date. Please note that if orders are cancelled or not received after shipping has been processed, credit cards will continue to be charged with the non-refundable shipping cost and JPY 500 handling fee.
