Cancel and Returns and Exchanges
Cancellations, returns, and exchanges may not be accepted, except for free stitch's incorrect shipment.
Once purchased, no product may be returned because of the purchaser's personal preferences.
We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unused condition with attached tags and packaging.
free stitch will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and a valid Return Authorization Number.
Upon inspection and approval, exchange or store credit will be provided - no refunds will be issued.
All sale items and discounted merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
free stitch does not accept or resume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in It is therefore strongly recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system.
All charges incurred due to an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer's responsibility.
In the case of an exchange, the seller will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee and re-stocking fee. These fees will vary on a per-item basis.
If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between free stitch and the customer directly. The terms and conditions of the respective seller will apply and are the basis of the discussions.
Lost or Damaged Items
You understand and agree that free stitch shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide.
All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused by the shipping is to be taken up by you once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company.
We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
