We ship worldwide!

free stitch ships all orders via EMS. We have determined that EMS is the most economical solution for our customers. Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout.Please note that default shipping charges based on the smallest and lightest package are applied to your order automatically. Depending on the size and weight of the items in your order, the package may be larger and heavier, and as a result additional shipping charges may apply. A member of the free stitch team will contact you by email in the event of any additional shipping charges.

You may track your order via the EMS website after your order has shipped. Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

When ordering goods from free stitch for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, free stitch is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control.

For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Although we try our best to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. In addition, please note that delivery may not be possible in some regions or countries, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Once orders have been dispatched, free stitch has no influence or guarantee over the time frame for delivery to the final destination. By placing an order with free stitch, customers agree to accept that orders may be delayed during shipping for the aforementioned reasons.

free stitch will also be shipping orders via other carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx) on a special request basis.
