Notification of 2020 Winter Holidays and Business Closure

free stitch will be closed for the winter holidays from Saturday 26th December 2020 to Sunday 3rd January 2021. We will resume business operations from Monday 4th January 2021.   

Please ensure all orders are placed before Friday 25th December 2020 to secure shipment within this year. 

Please note the following schedule for orders placed on and around 25th December 2020:

• For orders placed before or on Friday 25th December 2020 before 11:00 a.m. (JST), shipping will be on the same day
  
  
• For orders placed on Friday 25th December 2020 before 17:00 p.m. (JST), shipping will be on Monday 28th December 2020
  
  
• For orders placed on Friday 25th December 2020 after 17:00 p.m. (JST), shipping will be on Monday 4th January 2021

Shipping will take place on Monday 28th December 2020, however please note that we will be fulfilling shipments only on the day. We will be responding to any changes to or cancellations of orders on Friday 25th December 2020 from 11:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. (JST) at the latest. Please note that we will not be able to cancel or change any orders after this date.

During the winter holiday, we are able to receive orders and inquiries as usual, however please note that we may not be able to reply until business operations resume on Monday 4th January 2021. 

Regarding the shipment of orders, we will resume operations on Monday 4th January 2021, however dispatch and shipment of orders may be delayed by three to five days.
