Notification of 2023 Winter Holidays and Business Closure

free stitch will be closed for the winter holidays from Saturday 30th December 2023 to Wednesday 3rd January 2023. We will resume business operations on Thursday 4th January 2024.   

Please ensure all orders are placed before 10:00 a.m. JST on Friday 29th December 2023 to secure shipment within this year.  

Please also note that due to the high volume of orders at the end of the year, it is possible that we will not be able to ship your order if placed close to the deadline of Friday 29th December 2023, so please place your order in advance to avoid delays.

During the winter holiday, we can receive orders and inquiries as usual; however, please note that we may not be able to reply until business operations resume on Thursday 4th January 2024 and any dispatch and shipment of orders may be delayed by up to three to five business days.

We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused and we appreciate your continued support.
