2025 Spring / Summer Meetup Reservations Now Open

free stitch is pleased to announce reservations are now open for our 2025 Spring / Summer Meetup Festivals. 

Every year free stitch holds special Meetup events for various dog breeds where owners and dogs can enjoy a wide range of activities ranging from agility competitions to raffles and tombolas.

Funds raised from participation fees will be used to support charitable activities that raise awareness of issues facing the pet industry in Japan. We hope that by having more people participate in the event, we can help enrich the lives of everyone and their dogs.

The following dog breeds (Shiba, Peking, Schnauzer, Corgi, Sheltie, Border Collie, Doodle, Boston Terrier, Shih-Tzu, Papillon, French Bulldog, Pinscher, Pug) have Meetups events planned for Spring / Summer 2025 in the Kanto area of Japan:

・Border Collie MEET UP 2025 (2025.3.8.Sat)

・Doodle MEET UP 2025 (2025.3.9.Sun)

・Boston Terrier Festival 2025 (2025.3.22.Sat)

・Shih Tzu Festival 2025 (2025.3.23.Sun)

・Papillon MEET UP 2025 (2025.4.26.Sat)

・French Bulldog MEET UP 2025 (2025.4.27.Sun)

・Pinscher MEET UP 2025 (2025.5.17.Sat)

・Pug MEET UP 2025 (2025.5.18.Sun)

At our Meetups, we offer training and obedience sessions conducted by our regular specialist trainers from around Japan who have years of experience in advising on a wide range of breeds.

Held in carefully selected outdoor locations, owners, dogs, and their families can enjoy a full day of fresh air communication, and play while taking in some of the beautiful Japanese nature sights.

We will also make the event even more exciting by providing reservation benefits and holding a social media photo contest on the days leading up to the event of your choice, so please ask your friends to apply and enjoy the day out together.

 Please note that we currently offer the Meetup events only in Japanese; however, everyone is welcome to attend.

If you wish to make a reservation to attend a Meetup event:

1. Please visit our reservation page (Japanese only)
2. Select the breed
3. Select the number of participants and click ‘apply’ 
4. Complete the registration form at checkout to complete your reservation for the Meetup Event

We also offer on-the-day participation (extra fees apply and are subject to availability).
