Notification of 2024 Winter Holidays

free stitch will be closed for the winter holidays from Saturday 28th December 2024 to Sunday 5th January 2025. We will resume business operations on Monday 6th January 2025.   

Please ensure all orders are placed before 10:00 a.m. JST on Friday 27th December 2024 to secure shipment within this year.  

Please also note that due to the high volume of orders at the end of the year, it is possible that we will not be able to ship your order if placed close to the deadline of Friday 27th December 2024, so please place your order in advance to avoid delays.

During the winter holiday, we can receive orders and inquiries as usual; however, please note that we may not be able to reply until business operations resume on Monday 6th January 2025 and any dispatch and shipment of orders may be delayed by up to three to five business days.

We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused and we appreciate your continued support.
