Notification of 2022 Winter Holidays and Business Closure

free stitch will be closed for the winter holidays from Tuesday 28th December 2021 to Monday 3rd January 2022.

We will resume business operations from Tuesday 4th January 2022.   

Please ensure all orders are placed before Friday 24th December 2021 to secure shipment within this year. 

Please note the following schedule for orders placed on and around 24th December 2021:

Shipping will take place on Monday 27th December 2021; however, please note that we will be fulfilling shipments only on the day. We will be responding to any changes to or cancellations of orders on Friday 24th December 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. (JST) at the latest. Please note that we will not be able to cancel or change any orders after this date.

During the winter holiday, we are able to receive orders and inquiries as usual; however, please note that we may not be able to reply until business operations resume on Tuesday 4th January 2022. 

Regarding the shipment of orders, we will resume operations on Tuesday 4th January 2022, however dispatch and shipment of orders may be delayed by three to five days.
