Upcoming Changes and Delays to Shipping Operations

Please note that due to the below business holidays, shipment of deliveries will be suspended:

Business Closure (Holiday): Wednesday 11th November 2020

* Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be closed as usual.

■ For orders received by 11:00 a.m. (JST) on Tuesday 10th November, the order will be shipped on the same day.

■ For orders received by 16:00 (JST) on Tuesday 10th November, the order will be shipped on the next day. 

■ For orders received after 16:00 (JST) on Tuesday 10th November, the order will be shipped on Thursday 12th November at the earliest.

During the period of business closure, orders and inquiry emails will be accepted, however order shipments, inquiry responses, and contact will be suspended.

In addition, due to maintenance of the free stitch logistics system, shipping operations will be suspended on the following dates and times:

Shipment Suspension: Friday 20th November 2020 ~ Tuesday 24th November 2020 

■ For orders received by 11:00 a.m. (JST) on Thursday 19th November, the order will be shipped on the same day. 

■ For orders received after 11:00 a.m. (JST) on Tuesday 19th November, the order will be shipped on Thursday 25th November at the earliest.

We will continue to respond to orders and inquiries during the above period.

For immediate or time-sensitive orders, we recommended placing the order as soon as possible to avoid delays due to the effects of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and logistics traffic.

We will respond to the shipment of products on an individual basis, but please allow two to three business days for dispatch from our facility.
