2025 Spring-Summer Meetup Roundup

This year, Free Stitch brought an unforgettable start to 2025 with the Spring / Summer Meetup events held in the Kansai region of Japan. This season, we rolled out an exciting lineup of events from February to May, designed to celebrate the joy of dog ownership and strengthen the bonds between dogs and their devoted owners.

Our 2025 Spring / Summer Meetup events were packed with thrilling activities that delighted both dogs and their owners. From charity photoshoots to agility competitions, there was something for every breed and every dog lover. 

Some highlights of this season’s events included:

Charity Photoshoots:

We captured beautiful memories of owners and their dogs while supporting a great cause.

Trainer-Led Seminars:

Participants gained valuable insights into dog training, health, and well-being.

Agility Competitions:

Owners watched as their dogs showcased their skills in thrilling obstacle courses.

Social Play Areas:

Dogs could mingle and play in our safe and fun dog run.

Group Photo Wave:

Participants joined us for a memorable group photo that captured the spirit of our community.

‘With Dogs’ Filming:

Our team of professional photographers captured beautiful and candid moments of dogs enjoying the outdoors.

Races and Sprints:

Owners cheered on their dogs as they sprinted to victory in our exciting races.

Raffle Draws and Prizes:

Participants entered a raffle draw and won amazing prizes like premium dog food, toys, and accessories.

If you are interested in joining one of our Meetup events, please apply via our Japanese site. 

If you wish to make a reservation to attend a Meetup event:

  1. Please visit our reservation page (*Japanese only)

  2. Select the breed

  3. Select the number of participants and click ‘apply’ 

  4. Complete the registration form at checkout to complete your reservation for the Meetup Event

We also offer on-the-day participation (extra fees apply and are subject to availability). If you have any questions or concerns about our Meetup events, please contact us. You can do this by filling out the contact form and including your name, title, contact email, and inquiry details. 

Currently, we only offer Japanese language support for our booking procedure, as our events are primarily held in Japanese. However, if the number of English-speaking participants increases in the future, we may be able to provide English language support upon request.
