Dog Friendly Office Project: Staff Questionnaire

In the spirit of ‘Enriching the Workplace with Your Dog", we started the ‘Dog Friendly Office Project’ in September 2019.

To commemorate the launch of the Dog Friendly Office Project, we will hold an annual event at the free stitch office called the ‘Dog Friendly Office Day’ on May 12th 2021.

As part of our preparation for the Dog Friendly Office Day, we conducted a questionnaire among the free stitch team to gather feedback on how they feel about bringing their pet to the office and whether there are any points that we can improve upon.

Some of the questions we asked out team are as follows:

  • Do you feel that it has become easier for you to come to work with your pet?

  • Are you taking any initiatives to improve the office environment? Please tell us let us know what steps you have taken

  • If you are spending more time with your pet in the office or while working from home, have you started implementing any additional training?

  • Are there any points you would like us to improve on as a Dog Friendly Office?

  • We have added some welfare benefits for pet owners as part of the Dog Friendly Office scheme. Are there any additional benefits that you feel you would like us to add?

Over one year has passed since we started the Dog Friendly Office Project at free stitch and we have been making progress to improve the scheme by creating guidelines, consent form, proofing the office environment against dangers to pets, adding breeding assistance systems, etc. We are continuously striving to improve this scheme by conducting regular questionnaires among our team members - through this system, we have been able to find out many problems and points for future improvement.

We are planning to update everyone with the results of the questionnaire and any issues or points to be improved on, so please check back later.
