Notification of 2022 Winter Holidays and Business Closure

free stitch will be closed for the winter holidays from Wednesday 28th December 2022 to Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

We will resume business operations on Wednesday 4th January 2023.   

Please ensure all orders are placed before Monday 27th December 2022 to secure shipment within this year.  

Please also note that due to the continuing impact of COVID-19 on Japanese shipping services and the high volume of orders, it is possible that we will not be able to ship orders placed close to the deadline of Monday 27th December 2022. We recommend placing any orders in advance to avoid delays.

During the winter holiday, we are able to receive orders and inquiries as usual; however, please note that we may not be able to reply until business operations resume on Wednesday 4th January 2023 and any dispatch and shipment of orders may be delayed by up to three to five days.

We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused and we appreciate everyone's continued support.
